My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a San Francisco, San Diego & San Mateo real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
Originally from Southern Iran, I moved to Southern California in 1974 and I have been a San Francisco/Bay Area resident since 1993. I have 20 years of combined experience as a real estate broker and a successful financial executive for many financial corporations. Only naming a few are: Chief Financial Officer at Security Financial Management, Inc., Director of Finance & Administration at Triton Funding Group, Inc., Controller at LVL Communication , Inc. , Corporate Treasurer at AMS Aviation Systems, Inc. , Accounting Executive at Countrywide Funding, Inc. and See's Candies Inc. ( where I met my husband John).
I have a Bachelors degree in Finance /Accounting as well a Masters degree in Business Management.

I was raised in a family of entrepreneurs. I was very close to my father and his success as an influential businessman is my role model. I keep my father in mind whenever I make a creative business decision.
As an entrepreneur, I am not only known for my innovation, but also I am known for my patience and humor. I listen closely and carefully to my clients needs to make the best use of their time. I speak honestly, set realistic expectations, and help make educated decisions. I learned a great deal in the years I've spent working in client driven and service oriented industries. I know how important it is for your broker to be fully committed to your needs.
I am very family oriented and I value my employees and clients the same way I treat my own family, including two children and three grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and love to cook and bake. I can also be found bike riding through the city with my husband John (Yianni).
I am the San Francisco Chapter 2009 Treasurer of Women's Council of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, San Francisco Association of Realtors, San Mateo Association of Realtors, and San Diego Association of Realtors.
