The operating model for Azari Property Management is relatively simple and does not require a significant up-front investment to get the business started. It is recommended that in most cases, the business should be located from home, in an executive suite, or temporary office location to keep the initial investment costs to a minimum. This business is designed to offer complete property management solutions to property owners. The concept is structured to allow a franchisee to utilize the Azari system as a base method of conducting business, while offering optional services provided and fulfilled by the Franchisor's back office. This will allow the Franchisee to focus on their strongest skillsets and operate at the highest efficiency.

A Franchisee will need to be a licensed broker or must have a Broker of Record. We can assist you in managing this process.

Franchisees will receive both corporate training held at the Franchisor's location and training held at the Franchisee's location in the field.
